ABOUT THE TRAINER
AC Lang – Founder & Lead Trainer, MalX Core K9
MalX Core K9 is owned and operated by AC Lang, a professional dog trainer with hands-on experience in working breeds, canine behavior, and structured training systems dating back to 2007.
AC Lang’s background is rooted in real-world handling and training, not trend-based methods or generic pet obedience programs. Her work focuses on developing clear communication, stable behavior, drive control, and functional skills that carry over into real environments, not just controlled settings.
Over nearly two decades, AC Lang has worked extensively with working and high-drive breeds, including but not limited to Belgian Malinois, German Shepherds, and similar purpose-bred dogs. Her experience spans:
• Foundational obedience and structured development
• Puppy foundations and early exposure training
• Drive control and engagement building
• Detection foundations and scent work principles
• Environmental neutrality and confidence building
• Handler education and consistency coaching
• Sport and working-dog environments
Training at MalX Core K9 is methodical, intentional, and progression-based. Dogs are taught how to think through tasks, not simply comply through repetition. Equal emphasis is placed on handler responsibility, clarity, and follow-through, ensuring training does not collapse outside of sessions.
AC Lang is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) and adheres to professional standards that prioritize:
• Canine welfare
• Clear communication
• Ethical training practices
• Safety for dogs, handlers, and the public
MalX Core K9 does not promise shortcuts, guarantees, or instant results. Training is approached as a process, not a performance. Each dog is worked at an appropriate pace based on temperament, maturity, genetics, and the handler’s ability to apply the training consistently.
